Creative & Production:
- Overseeing end-to-end creative project execution, from brief intake to final delivery
- Ideating, writing, and producing social-first content across all platforms
- Leading brainstorm sessions, contributing to creative pitches, scriptwriting, concepts, and presentations
- Producing shoots on location and on set, collaborating with production teams, talent, and creative partners
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Community Management:
- Nurturing passionate fan bases and building long-term brand loyalty
- Developing and maintaining authentic tones of voice (TOVs) for different brands and audiences
- Engaging in consistent social listening to foster deeper audience connections
